About Competition Participants

Below is information that can be collected about a participant in a competition.

We process the following personal information about competition participants via Sklive:

• Name
  • Including first and last name
• Registrant
  • Who has registered the participant. The registrant will be identified by email and name.
• Birthdate
  • The participant's birthdate. Determined by the club and is optional.
• Country
  • Which country the participant is from. Determined by the club and is optional.
• Registration Date
  • Date and time the participant was registered for the event

Information is used only for the execution of competitions and to present results.

Messages via Contact Form

When you submit the above form, we request your name and email address. Only administrators have access to this information. Your personal information will not be distributed for any purpose.

Who has access to your personal information with us?

We will limit access to the personal information of our users to those who require such access for the purposes mentioned above. The information will also be accessible to designated representatives of the club/association to which the user is affiliated.

Who We Share Your Information With

We do not share any information about visitors to our website with external entities.

We publish programs and results for a competition, but beyond this, we do not share user information with external entities.
